This is where I will be posting my stories and pictures of the cakes and other delicious creations that I have made.

My goal? To make one of my best friends wedding cake in June 2011.

Kat and Chris are getting married June 11th, 2011 and I am the maid of honour. They are getting married at Cherry Hill Estates. When Kat told me that they weren't planning on having a wedding cake as they were going to go a different route, I offered to make one for them so that they would have it for pictures. They took me up on my offer, and so began my journey. The more practice the better right?

Here, you will be able to follow me on my quest of getting enough pratice to be able to give them the cake that they deserve on their wedding day.

I have even been paid for some of my creations. I will try any kind of cake and welcome the challenges, so, let me know if you have something coming up, a milestone birthday, an anniversary, a sports wind-up...
