What if I’m not a superhero? What if I’m the bad guy?

That’s Edward. He’s gorgeous, of course, but don’t waste your time. He doesn’t date. Apparently none of the girls here are good-looking enough for him.

I had a little bit of help with this one. Ok, a lot of help! Ian and I talked about making Elissa's cake for a long while before it was actually time to make it. He came up with the idea of making the Cullen crest from Twilight as she is mildly obsessed with it as is any other female in this world today.

I decided on navy blue icing and once it was dyed I was even happier with it then I had originally thought I would be. The colour turned out perfectly. I rolled out the white fondant for Ian and iced the cake blue while he meticulously cut out all the little shapes from his patern first, then out of fondant. As he finished them, I places them in the correct place on the cake.

He definitely passed his interview with flying colours and is welcome to help out with any Preddy Effin Delicious Creation at any time.

Elissa was so surprised and loved her cake. The manager at the restaurant also loved her cake, so we left him a piece to enjoy.
