My friend Ian Bawa is a finalist for a contest that is being run thru Campus Perks. He is the only Winnipegger that made it to the finals.

One of the tasks that he had to perform was to throw an Australian social. It had to start at 7 and end at 10. The turn out was amazing and the help that he got from his friends was fantastic!
Ian called upon myself and Erica to help him out with an Australian themed cake or cupcakes. Seeing as I was already in the swing of baking cupcakes (250 prior to this, pictures to be up soon on another post) so I offered to bake approximately 60 more and Erica said that she would handle the icing and decorating.
Well! The baking was the easy part. The cupcakes were enjoyed by all and Erica did an amazing job with the decorating. She is going to be teaching me her ways.
